6.2 Termination by Emerging MSP We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or other valid reasons.

6.3 Effect of Termination Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be paid, and access to services will be discontinued.

7. Intellectual Property All intellectual property related to our services, including software, designs, and methodologies, remains the exclusive property of Emerging MSP. You are granted a non-transferable license to use these materials for the duration of our agreement.

8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Asheville, NC.

9. Amendments We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
